I'm american, so I've never actually had the pleasure, but i've heard its awesome!<br /><br />Anyway, my 2 cents is that especially with someone who is generally a very good eater, with good instincts and intuitiveness, you crave what your body needs! And to make a person requires fat (esp. saturated fat) and nursing requires carbohydrates, and you're doing what your body needs. Don't think of it as a flawed diet, think of it as the diet your baby is asking for.
